Accounts Payable Specialist
HYBRID, San Antonio, TX
Compensation: $62,500
My client is adding an Accounts Payable Specialist to their team and are seeking someone who likes to stay busy, gets along well with others, and enjoys the full cycle accounts payable process.
What the Accounts Payable Specialist will do?
- Prepare and process invoices efficiently and accurately, verify and approve vouchers for payment
- Vendor Management to include new vendor set-up, vendor inquiries and compliance
- Prepare accounts payable checks and execute regular check runs
- Conduct vendor account analyses as needed
- Perform credit card and bank reconciliations
- Collaborate with the Controller on special projects
Experience needed for the Accounts Payable Specialist:
- 3-5 years’ Recent Accounts Payable experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- ERP Software experience, NetSuite preferred
- Proficient in Excel
